Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technologist - ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Performance Analytics solutions for data-driven decision-making
• Provide advanced technical support, administration, and configuration for designated ITSM/CRM systems
• Lead the development of workflows and processes to automate manual efforts within assigned systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, with relevant courses in computer programming or systems analysis required
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment
• Specialization in ServiceNow Performance Analytics, CSM, ITSM, and ITOM preferred
• ServiceNow Performance Analytics, ITSM, CSM certifications preferred
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is strongly preferred
