Job Summary

Working 100% remotely, the ServiceNow S2P Consultant will configure solutions based on customer requirements, manage integrations, and work on portals like Employee Center while ensuring alignment with documented acceptance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Configure solutions based on customer stores and documented acceptance criteria
• Manage integrations and work on portals such as Employee Center and UI Builder
• Collaborate with teams to peer test solutions and resolve technical blockers

Required qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
• Experience with Score2Pay and integrations
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable Operations
• Experience working with UI Builder and employee portals
• Good to have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
