ServiceNow S2P Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the W2 contract ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant will leverage over 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain to implement, configure, and support the ServiceNow S2P Operations product, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products while providing hands-on support
- Manage relationships with executive business stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Advise and mentor customers on procurement and supply chain disciplines using ServiceNow technology
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant
- 2+ years of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Experience with ServiceNow S2P Operations product implementation and administration
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and capabilities is preferred
