ServiceNow SAM and HAM Expert

Job Summary

To support enterprise clients, the full-time or contract ServiceNow SAM and HAM Expert will implement SAM Pro and HAM solutions, deliver consulting services, and conduct client workshops remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement SAM Pro and HAM for enterprise clients, ensuring effective integration and configuration of ServiceNow products
• Conduct workshops with clients to demonstrate the value of Software Asset Management solutions and develop custom software solutions as needed
• Prepare technical documentation and support the growth of services delivered by the organization

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT software consulting experience with 3-5 years supporting or implementing ServiceNow products
• Proven expertise in implementing SAM and/or HAM solutions
• Certifications in ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM, or SAM
• Expertise with CMDB and ITIL frameworks
• Experience with integration tools such as SCCM and IBM BigFix
