ServiceNow SAM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SAM Integration Developer / Lead SAM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API integrations between ServiceNow SAM Pro and external data sources
• Lead a team of SAM Developers, providing mentorship, direction, and quality oversight
• Develop and execute integration test plans, ensuring data integrity and compliance with VA standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• At least 10 years of experience focused on SAM Pro or ITAM module implementations
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining REST API integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including GlideScript and JavaScript
