Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SAM Quality Assurance & Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Systems Administrators in testing and quality assurance functions
  • Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and governance framework for ServiceNow SAM
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage stakeholder communications throughout UAT cycles


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience with ServiceNow Agile Development and Test Management Tools
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing both manual and automated test plans
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of technical professionals
