Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow SAM Quality Assurance & Test Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Systems Administrators in testing and quality assurance functions
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and governance framework for ServiceNow SAM
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage stakeholder communications throughout UAT cycles
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow software quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile Development and Test Management Tools
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing both manual and automated test plans
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of technical professionals
