ServiceNow Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Scrum Master to support federal government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team progress

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
