ServiceNow Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Scrum Master to join a remote, full-time position focused on guiding Agile teams in delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations for federal government clients, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, fostering a collaborative environment
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and experience in implementing solutions
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
