• Strong understanding of best practices and design principles for ServiceNow Security Operations
• 2+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology
• Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and patch management
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and security incident response
