ServiceNow Security Architect

Job Summary

Owning reference architecture documentation and customer-facing content production, the remote, contract-based ServiceNow Security Architect will manage product connection diagrams, catalog SSO customizations, and draft narratives for executive engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain reference architecture documentation and diagrams aligned with ServiceNow frameworks
• Catalog and analyze SSO customizations against the OOTB baseline to identify configuration drift
• Produce customer-facing content, adapting materials for different audiences and maintaining a versioned content library

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise security platforms in architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
• Proficiency with diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io
• Working knowledge of SIR, VR, and/or IRM modules
• Strong written communication skills for diverse audiences, including CISOs and SOC analysts
• Ability to operate with directional input and produce initial drafts efficiently
