ServiceNow Senior Administrator

Job Summary

To enhance platform stability and optimize service management solutions, the full-time remote ServiceNow Senior Administrator will manage advanced administration, configuration, and integrations of the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with IT leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow instance health, upgrades, and patches
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
• Lead integrations with third-party systems and identify opportunities for automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
• ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Certifications
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture
• Advanced knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations
