ServiceNow Senior Administrator
Job Summary
The full-time remote ServiceNow Senior Administrator will be responsible for advanced administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, managing integrations, and supporting workflows to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow instance health, upgrades, and patches
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, etc.)
- Lead integrations with third-party systems and APIs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Certifications
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
- Advanced knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations
