Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior AI Technical Architect/Developer to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow's Now Assist and AI Agents
• Integrate external Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows
• Drive the implementation and delivery of AI-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher
• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in AI implementation and configuring AI-driven workflows
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, or equivalent
• ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications
