Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst for ITSM and CSM, this full-time remote position will manage the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications by gathering requirements, defining processes, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support workshops and process mapping sessions to capture workflows and document functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with development teams to configure workflows and automation
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, and additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, SPM)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, tables, and workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM
