Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on development assistance and configure new applications within the ServiceNow platform
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement new functionality
Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions for customers

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and customization
3+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and REST/SOAP web services integrations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications in two or more areas required
