Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant for ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on development assistance and configure new applications within the ServiceNow platform
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and draft user stories with acceptance criteria
Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions to enable customer self-sufficiency

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
3+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and REST/SOAP web services integrations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications in two or more application areas
