ServiceNow Senior Developer

Job Summary

Experienced ServiceNow Senior Developers will find a full-time opportunity focused on implementing ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow solutions while utilizing strong scripting skills and advanced development techniques in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal, following industry best practices
• Develop and manage ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Review existing setups and provide recommendations for best practices and enhancements in ServiceNow features

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation
• Strong scripting skills in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration use cases
• Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Familiarity with HTML coding and Jelly script is preferred
