ServiceNow Senior Developer

Job Summary

Experienced ServiceNow Senior Developers will find a full-time opportunity focused on implementing ITSM, CMDB, and other solutions while leveraging strong scripting skills and hands-on development experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal using industry best practices
• Develop and manage ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
• Provide recommendations for best practices and modifications based on existing setups and ongoing ServiceNow features

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation
• Strong scripting skills in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics and custom application development
• Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0 and SSO implementation
