Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager - ServiceNow for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the successful deployment of a scoped solution, acting as the primary customer contact for services, handling any issues arising, escalating as appropriate, providing status reporting to all stakeholders, and maintaining top-level customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all involved personnel, including stakeholders and project team members, to ensure project success
  • Prepare business documentation, such as statements of work, and lead workshops
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree-level candidate with a minimum of 8+ years in (IT) Service Management consulting experience
  • Great knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices, and 5+ years of prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
  • Experience managing projects deploying Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and familiarity with ITSM and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) business processes
  • Proven implementation leadership experience with ITSM solutions and a background in working knowledge of IT operations
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, communicate abstract ideas clearly, and manage complex project objectives independently
