Job Summary
Providing technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer will implement solutions, design integrations, and ensure quality delivery while working remotely from India.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations, focusing on ITAM modules like HAM and SAM
- Design, develop, and implement integrations on the ServiceNow platform while aligning business needs with standardized processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring adherence to best practices
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and integrations
- ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and AngularJS
- Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules and best practices
