Job Summary
To support business transformation, the full-time remote ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using industry best practices
- Configure and customize ServiceNow components and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP technologies
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation guides
Required qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) certification
- Experience developing and supporting custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript, JSON payloads, and scripting frameworks
- Experience implementing integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and SOAP services
