Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technologist specializing in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support CMDB and Discovery solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Manage daily administration and configuration of assigned systems to ensure reliable performance
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance to IT personnel regarding assigned systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant coursework; Computer Science or related degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment
• ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and related automation experience preferred
• Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, ITOM, ITSM, and ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred
• Vendor-specific application certifications are strongly preferred
