Job Summary
Seeking a full-time ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME), the ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, leveraging AI capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective workflows and configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assessments and architecture reviews, designing and configuring solutions across various ServiceNow modules
- Develop and deploy AI agents using ServiceNow's Now Assist and AI Agent Studio capabilities
- Advise on best practices for generative AI and traditional ServiceNow configurations to maximize business value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, administration, and configuration experience
- Proven experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agent Studio
- Deep expertise in at least one core ServiceNow module such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance best practices
