Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Software Developer for a temporary, remote position focused on enhancing ServiceNow IT Service Management capabilities, particularly in Release Management and Digital Product Release processes, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to improve operational efficiency and automate workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Support and enhance ServiceNow Release Management capabilities and implement Digital Product Release workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and development
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, particularly Change and Release Management
• 4+ years of experience with REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and system integrations
• 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
