ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect & Product Owner for HR Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define and maintain a strategic product roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD
• Lead and direct software developers to design technical solutions for HR journeys and oversee development activities
• Act as a liaison between HR and the enterprise CIO ServiceNow team, ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3 years in solution architecture or product ownership roles
• 3 years of expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including case management and integrations
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator required
• Experience in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions within a global environment
