ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the evolution of their ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and release management of new capabilities and enhancements
• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and drive automation to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in ServiceNow development and platform ownership
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration capabilities
• Extensive hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, including JavaScript and scripting best practices
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing platform upgrades and release cycles
