Own the end-state ServiceNow architecture and enforce adherence to CSDM standards
Lead decision forums and manage technical debt while evaluating legacy systems
Design and implement automated governance and align policy automation with enterprise requirements

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect on enterprise-scale programs
Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Service Mapping, CSDM, and IntegrationHub
Proven ability to manage and reduce technical debt in legacy environments
Strong executive communication skills for conveying architectural decisions
