ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and consult on project architecture to ensure long-term viability of solutions
• Conduct discovery and design work sessions to gather client requirements and produce deliverables
• Provide training and technical consulting to enhance client delivery and maintain high client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of at least 2 ServiceNow modules
• Minimum of two ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ITIL Certification v3+ or completion within 6 months of starting the position
