ServiceNow Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support the healthcare sector, the remote contract ServiceNow Solution Architect will design and build integrations between ServiceNow and various systems, automate vulnerability management processes, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using APIs and IntegrationHub
- Automate the vulnerability management lifecycle within ServiceNow, including asset correlation and remediation workflows
- Document all actions taken during the vulnerability lifecycle and build reporting dashboards for performance analytics
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including Vulnerability Response and integration development
- Proven experience building integrations with Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, or Maximo
- Understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle and OT/ICS/SCADA environments
- Experience with JavaScript for custom ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-VR, or CIS-SecOps are mandatory
