Job Summary
Seeking a full-time ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CSM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices while working in a flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the architectural vision for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
- Produce solution designs, including technical specifications and integration strategies, across ITSM, FSM, and CSM
- Lead client workshops to gather business and technical requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories for development teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture across enterprise-level implementations
- Deep understanding of ITSM, FSM, and CSM modules and their functionalities
- Strong knowledge of platform governance, upgrades, security, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow
- Experience designing and implementing complex integrations with enterprise systems
