Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to support client contract needs in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform across various modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience
• 8 years of ServiceNow experience, including 3 years in an architectural or lead design role
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and SecOps
• Experience with platform governance and enterprise-scale implementation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a HUD Public Trust clearance
