Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CSM, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM ServiceNow applications and maintain platform stability
• Develop automation scripts and manage ServiceNow instance security
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 12 years of relevant experience or 10-13 years with a Master's degree
• 3+ years of system administration experience in a service desk environment
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and relevant implementation experience
• Experience with ServiceNow modules and ITIL standards
