ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IWMS Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions across Workplace Service Delivery & Nuvolo applications
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow/Nuvolo and external systems using REST/SOAP web services
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users, ensuring a user-friendly experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and ServiceNow scripting
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow & Nuvolo development best practices and platform governance
