ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of transformational platform implementations, the full-time remote ServiceNow Solutions Architect will collaborate with IT leadership, development teams, and business stakeholders to create scalable, value-driven ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and implementation strategy, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Engage with C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and drive change management
• Assess existing ServiceNow instances and recommend optimization strategies for improved platform health

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent experience
• Eight or more years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSD
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year ServiceNow implementations from design to optimization
