ServiceNow Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support enterprise AI transformation initiatives, the remote contract ServiceNow Solutions Architect will lead strategic engagements, design end-to-end solution architectures, and define AI governance frameworks while collaborating with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI transformation engagements, advising on strategy, prioritization, and operating model design
- Design comprehensive solution architectures that integrate various AI components and ensure alignment with customer outcomes
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and operationalization of responsible AI practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise architecture with a focus on AI and digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents
- Proven experience managing complex AI or digital transformation projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI/ML certifications and experience in target industries such as Financial Services or Healthcare is desirable
