ServiceNow Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support AI adoption initiatives, the remote contract ServiceNow Solutions Architect will deploy and configure Now Assist capabilities, translate AI transformation blueprints into actionable workflows, and facilitate customer training sessions to enhance AI literacy.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Now Assist capabilities, including Generative AI and Virtual Agent features, across customer instances
- Rapidly prototype AI use cases and drive measurable adoption outcomes aligned with customer success metrics
- Partner with AI Transformation Architects to execute customer-specific AI adoption roadmaps and conduct hands-on training sessions
Required qualifications
- 7 years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience with hands-on AI feature deployments
- Minimum of 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications, with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models and Generative AI in enterprise workflows
- Proven ability to translate customer business requirements into effective platform configurations
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer and Integration Hub, to support AI data flows
