Job Summary
Leading a remote-first team, the full-time Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture, ServiceNow will define the strategic architectural direction of the global ServiceNow platform, manage a team of solutions architects, and drive the implementation of AI-powered features across various corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of ServiceNow solutions architects, fostering continuous learning and engineering excellence
- Develop and maintain the long-term architectural roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability with enterprise growth
- Oversee the architectural strategy for AI-powered services, ensuring governance and integration of advanced platform features
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in IT, Software Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform design or technical leadership roles within a large global enterprise
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring technical teams in a complex, remote-first environment
- Broad design experience with multi-suite ServiceNow products beyond IT, including HRSD and SecOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
