Key Responsibilities

Provide business and solutions consultancy as a ServiceNow subject matter expert
Perform pre-sales support calls and demonstrate ITSM and other platform applications
Gather requirements and design technical solutions for successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business qualification through experience
3+ years of sales or pre-sales experience
2+ years of functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation
Strong technical capabilities to architect complex software solutions within the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL v3 or v4 certification
