ServiceNow Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Solutions Engineer will design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions while managing annual platform upgrades and collaborating with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, test, and execute annual ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring platform integrity and performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement integrations and workflows
- Support and maintain ServiceNow environments, including both on-premises and cloud-based systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in ServiceNow solutions
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data governance
- Experience with Java programming and developing integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI customization
