ServiceNow SPM Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in the USA or Canada, the contract ServiceNow SPM Architect will gather requirements, conduct workshops, and configure Service Owner Workspace while supporting various ServiceNow initiatives for a 12-month engagement at 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct workshops to understand client needs
• Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys
• Provide product demonstrations and documentation support

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is essential
• At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• Proven experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is essential
• Strong consultancy skills and ability to work independently
