ServiceNow SPM Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote ServiceNow SPM Architect will design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade solutions for Strategic Portfolio Management, ensuring alignment with business strategy and investment priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of the ServiceNow SPM suite, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices
- Define and configure scalable solutions for portfolio governance, demand management, and resource allocation
- Engage with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and mentor SPM developers and consultants
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- 10-12+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 7 years in ServiceNow and 3+ years in SPM/ITBM implementation
- Experience in a lead or architect role on a minimum of 2 enterprise-scale SPM implementations
- Prior experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Certification in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) from ServiceNow is required
