ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SPM modules and automate demand-to-project workflows
• Design Performance Analytics indicators and dashboards, and lead stakeholder workshops
• Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and collaborate on the intake process for ideas and demands

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience with 3+ years in SPM
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration patterns
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master required
• Must possess IT-II/Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI/Moderate Risk eligibility or equivalent investigation
