ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the MilTech customer in a remote capacity, the full-time ServiceNow SPM Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform to meet mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow
• Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules following best practices
• Develop and support SPM workflows for idea intake, demand management, project and portfolio management, resource planning, investment prioritization, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
