Job Summary

To support a leading organization within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the part-time contract ServiceNow SPM/PPM Architect will gather requirements, conduct workshops, and configure Service Owner Workspace while working remotely in the USA or Canada, with occasional onsite travel to San Diego for workshops.

Key responsibilities
  • Gather requirements and conduct workshops to understand client needs
  • Demo products and document processes related to ServiceNow SPM/PPM
  • Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is essential
  • Two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
  • Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is essential
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is preferred
