Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions, the remote contract ServiceNow SPO Architect will own the overall solution architecture, guide technical delivery teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-level ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions
- Lead solution workshops and requirements discussions with business and technical stakeholders
- Define platform architecture, integration strategies, and provide guidance on best practices for procurement and sourcing
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- Demonstrated experience architecting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supplier lifecycle management processes
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
- ServiceNow SPO badge/certification (preferred)
