Job Summary

To oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex global Source-to-Pay Operations implementation, the remote ServiceNow SPO Delivery Lead will manage project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations implementations, ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and engagement
• Oversee deployment planning, testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring readiness for smooth transitions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow delivery leadership experience with a proven track record of successful project execution
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations implementations
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay processes
• Experience managing global implementations across multiple countries and business units
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications (preferred)
