Job Summary
To oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex global Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementation, the remote contract ServiceNow SPO Delivery Lead will manage project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementations
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of ServiceNow delivery leadership experience with a proven track record
- 2+ years supporting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementations
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay processes
- Experience managing global implementations across multiple countries and business units
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications (preferred)
