Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the strategy, development, configuration, optimization, and operational support of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for ServiceNow platform operations, overseeing configuration, development, integration, and support of various modules
  • Serve as an escalation point for incidents and ensure SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL service metrics are met
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow Analysts and Developers, managing workload distribution and supporting team development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
  • Minimum of 3 years IT experience required
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is required
  • 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience preferred
  • Strong platform governance and development oversight experience is essential
