Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and service requests from Tier 1 support
- Analyze and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues, providing root cause analysis and solution recommendations
- Create and update knowledge articles for recurring issues to enhance support efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for education
- Strong knowledge of Jira, and ServiceNow Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management modules
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and customizations
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow's reporting tools
- Ability to quickly assess, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with clear documentation
