Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and performance
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies
• Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or 4 years of relevant experience)
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is required
• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture
